Filtering text strings containing multiple asterisks

I am filtering a list of 400 text strings ( I have posted a subset below), some of which have anywhere from 1 to 4 asterisks.
I know how to use the ~ to filter (both advanced filter and auto filter) for ANY number of asterisks: *~*. I also know how to use the ~ to advanced filter for more than an X number
of asterisks: If I want to filter for 2 or more asterisks, I type:*~*~*

However, I don't know how to filter for a SPECIFIC number of asterisks--how would I filter for text containing just 2 or just 3 or just 4 asterisks?

I have pasted below the list that I am trying to filter:

For three asterisks replace 2 by 3 and so on
