Find and Replace Formatting Fill Issue

I am having some issues with Find and Replace in regard to replacing fill color for cells.

I am selecting the "Choose from format cell" to find all of those cells with the format I want changed. It seems to return all the cells in that format in a list in the advanced find and replace section.

I then do the same thing with the replace by selecting a cell above that contains the new formatting.

However, when I click replace, it returns and error message: Microsoft excel cannot find and data to replace.

I made sure the workbook was not read-only or protected as well.

Any suggestions?
