I run a quarterly file that contains 50 odd columns where I have to update links to other workpapers on. In order for me to complete the file I have to manually update the file links which is very time consuming. Is it possbile to edit the links altogether instead of having to go in an manually adjust each and every one?

Example: ='\\njros1ns11v1\pim\REOperations\Portfolios\PRISA2\2014\4Q2014\Workpapers\PRISA 2 CJV DATA 4Q14.xlsx'!MARKETVALUETOTAL

I would have to update this link by changing the year to 2015 the Qtr to 1Q2015 and the report to 1Q15. It would be the same change for each and every link.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Try using the EditLinks tool found on the Data Tab (in XL2010)
In XL2003 I think it's on the Edit Menu.
