I created a bar chart for student test scores. The chart has the names of the students on the X axis and the score of each student on the Y axis. The problem I am having is that Excel can not fit all the student names on the X axis (only 30 names show up). I tried to decrease the font size of the X axis but it did not resolve the problem. Is there a way to get it to list all sixty names?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Assuming you haven't already, try having them written vertically instead of horizontally. Right click on the axis so that the option "Format Axis..." is available. Choose that and go to the alignment tab. Then change the orientation slider to be 90 degress vertical.

Also, try the Format Axis dialog box for the X axis, and experiment with the options on the Scale tab.
