Formula percentage of achievement based on the month were in

Hello -

I need help determining a formula that will calculate percentage of achievement based on the month were in.

I have a target and actual amount. I can get the percentage of achievement based on that but is there a way to favor in the month of the year in the calculation

This assumes you expect to achieve the target in a linear fashion over the anticipated duration of the effort.
