Does anyone know how to get the second line of code to work like the first one?

This one works.
LASTROW = Range("a1000000").End(xlUp).Row

This one does not work.
LASTCOLUMN = Range("XFD1").End(xlLeft).Column

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Welcome to the Board!

Code:
[COLOR=#333333]LASTCOLUMN = Range("XFD1").End([/COLOR][COLOR=#ff0000]xlToLeft)[/COLOR][COLOR=#333333].Column[/COLOR]

You are welcome!

Another trick is to just turn on the Macro Recorder, go to any cell, and then hit CTRL+LEFT ARROW and then view the code it gives you.
