Hi all,

I have a large document containing a list of researchers, their expertise and the companies they work with.
Each researcher has a different number of expertise and companies they work with.

I am trying to group all the rows from one academic together and link them to that specific academic.
I want to be able to sort by their discipline or another column, but it only includes the top line so far. Merging all the rows in one discipline doesn't seem to work.

I'm not sure I am explaining this correctly...
But any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks.

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
So my question is - Can you group or connect multiple rows together so that they act as a single row?
