Help Required. Extracting information using formula

Hello,

I am working on a project to take a bulk of information and separate it among several sheets within the same workbook.

At the moment I have the following array formula:

((IFERROR(INDEX(Dump_Sheet!A:A,SMALL(IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("3",Dump_Sheet!$C$1:$C$1000)),ROW(Dump_Sheet!$A$1:$A$1000),""),ROW(Dump_Sheet!C1)+0)),"")))

For example the search criteria is the number "3", however this brings back all results that have a 3 (i.e 3, 33, 103 etc) and I just need it to find an exact match.

Any ideas?
