Hi:

I want to do a conditional format based on the following:

If value in range A2:A60 is equal to 1301, or 1305, or 1306, or 1307, format corresponding value in range F2:F60.

So if A2=1301, format F2

If A2=1320, no format in F2

Could someone help with a formula please?

Regards,

Sean

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.

Hi Sean,

Please try this. Highlight the cells F2:F60. Create a new conditional formatting that uses a formula to determine which cells to format. Enter this formula:
=AND($A2>1300,$A2<1308)

Formulas in conditional formatting all have to result in a TRUE or FALSE

I didn't see that you don't want to use all the values between 1301 and 1307 as a value so...

=OR($A2=1301,$A2=1305,$A2=1306,$A2=1307)
