Hide rows if value in column does not match (vlookup)

Dear all,


On "Sheet2", there is data unsorted. Every row is a sales lead, entered by an employee. There are of course multiple leads per employee. This sheet is supposed to be hidden/protected. The name of the employee is in row E.

On "Sheet1", I want a cell (or listbox, whatever works best) where the employee can select his name (from a list of unique names, referring to column E on sheet2), followed by another to fill out his birth date (ddmmyy) as password). Example:

When correct, a new sheet should be created from Sheet2 with only the rows containing his name.

I have browsed through some topics, but I cannot get it to work. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
