Formula Used in "Process SLA (hours)"
Code:
=HOUR(B3)-HOUR(A3)

-15 is the wrong answer. How will I get correct Hours (positive number)

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Try:
Code:
=IF(HOUR(B3)>HOUR(A3),HOUR(B3)-HOUR(A3),HOUR(B3)-HOUR(A3)+24)
