We collect data from companies on an annual basis. The spreadsheets may have subtle changes from year to year so not always easy to tell immediately if the file they sent is using the most recent model. I am developing some VBA to automate data upload to Oracle and I want to be able to determine in code if the spreadsheet is fresh or stale before I do the upload. Any thoughts?
