I wrote a macro to do a certain task whenever I receive an email.

So how should I apply that in outlook to fulfill the purpose of the macro ?

Thank You.

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Where did you write the macro?

It should be placed in Outlook Visual Basic, then expand the project, then expand Microsoft Outlook Objects. You should then be able to add the code to the "ThisOutlookSession" module.
