Hi,

I am looking to change the pivot field rows based on a selection from a drop down.

For example, I have a pivot with Zone (North, South, East, West), City and Sales.

The summary table picks up data from this pivot.

The user can select whether he wants to view the summary by Zone of City.

How do I change the Pivot fields without manually changing the pivot. I have written a macro but is there an option to call it without a keyboard shortcut or vba button?

Thanks
