How to connect to unix os on solaris server from Excel

Hi friends,

I am new to this forum and need you suggestion on a perticula query:

I am trying to get some data on a excel. This data is available on a unix OS solaris server.
The data is available in tebular format on the txt file in teh server and i need to populate this data on my excel sheet.

Can someone please suggest me how to conenct to unix from excela nd how to get the data.

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
If you can ssh into the solaris server you can use scp ("secure copy") to get the file. Putty is one open source project that will provide you with ssh services on Windows for connecting to *nix servers.
