Hi All,

I have attached a screenshot to help everyone get a better view of the request since after experimenting with Conditional formatting with formulas, I can't hit the correct way to it.

Row 11 acts like a calibration form, Persons 1,2 and 3 will answer either Yes or No. If Master says "No" or "Yes" (See examples goal Column 14 and 16), those whose answers are the same as the Master will be colored Green and answers not similar to the Master will be colored red. How do we do it like this?

Thank you!

Using conditional formatting on cell D14,

- New Rule,
- Use a formula to determine which cells to format
"=D14=$c14", then set the format as Fill, green, OK.

Then, in D14 again, conditional formatting, new rule, input "=d14<>$c14", set format as fill, red.

Now the two rules apply to cell D14 and it will colur depending on the yes or no.

Hope I explained it clearly!
