I have created template using data validation drop down lists used to select items relevant for a job quote. Not all items on the list will be selected at any one time so there will some blank lines left over. I would like to extract this information and send it to another formatted sheet in the workbook that can be emailed to the client. How can the blank lines be ommitted from being sent to the other sheet and what is the best way to do this, formulas, macro?

Thank you.

Kim

I suggest you look at advanced filter. Have a look at the help, and post queries if you need.
