How to extract data from one constant cell to a specific cell of another workbook

How do I extract the data of a cell located in an existing .xls file into a designated cell in a different .xls file.

Example: Extract data from cell A2 of "thatfile.xls" to C5 of "thisfile.xls".

Could this be coded to be done with a button located in "thisfile.xls"?

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
