How to extract report from Date/Time cell

Hello All,

I'm getting an excel report from a web page which has a column to show the time of actions ( ex. 12/3/2018 7:25:42 PM). Now I need to count the dates, time range and date range. I wonder how I can Vlookup fro specific date, date range, time range and count them?


I tried to split them in separate columns but seems to be extra work. Can we use "Countif" to perform partial Vlookup from date, range date, and time?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
