How to get Index/Match or Vlookup to return specific matching value

I'm trying to use the INDEX and MATCH (or Vlookup) function to return only a specified value ("Paper Check") if it exists. If it does not exist, I want the return value to be "No". Sample below:

	A	B	C	D	E	F	G
1	Name	Check Type	Payment Method			Name	Paper Checks?
2	John Smith	All	Remaining Balance			John Smith	No
3	Bill Johnson	Regular	Paper Check			Bill Johnson	Paper Check
4	Bill Johnson	Bonus	Remaining Balance			Mike Jones	Paper Check
5	Mike Jones	Regular	Paper Check			Susan Lee	No
6	Mike Jones	Bonus	Fixed Amount			Joe Austin	Paper Check
