How to keep NOW() and TODAY() From updating.

So, I need to keep the NOW() and TODAY() from changing every time I change a cell or open the spreadsheet. I need the columns C, (TODAY()), F and G (NOW()) to stop updating once there is a time or date in the column. Thank you for the help! If you need anymore information Let me know.

The Time Out value is put in as soon as the column B or the Sign out column is populated with another name. I appreciate all your help very much.

Okay, assuming values are only entered one-at-a-time into Columns A and B, see if this event code does what you want...

HOW TO INSTALL Event Code

Just enter a value in one of the cells in Column A.

When I enter values In column A The time stamps still change when I populate column A and Column B. The Before and after pictures should be above ^^

Okay, then, I am not sure what problem those pictures are supposed to be showing me. Can you describe what is happening? Tell me what you are entering and where you are entering it, then tell me what you see happening when you enter it and then tell me what you wanted to see happen instead.
