In cover company whenever any body observed any unsafe act they Write PI card in company Website consisting "Observation" & " Action" he took. Website assign ID to that PI card email to me with only ID & Observation. On some observation I need to reply. Currently I have to copy ID, put it in website and there is 03 clicks until I check what action was done.
In one day I receive more than 100 emails (Comes in one folder applied rule) . And checking every Email and put its ID in Website to check Action is very cumbersome.
Is it possible get all Observation in one column and its Action another column and In third column I just put My Response. In fourth column I would have Email address List box of all departments head. I click button and it send Emails.
