How to show nothing in the cell with a formula

I have an average formula I use in Excel which is =AVERAGE(R20:R22) and when the cells are blank I get this
#DIV/0! How do I show the #DIV/0 blank if there are no values from R20-R22? Thank you in advance for any help.
