Hyperlink questions: hyperlink only portion of text, enter multiple hyperlinks in the same cell

Hi, for our current project we are limited to adding information in a single cell... so within the cell is there a way 1) to hyperlink only a portion of the cell. E.g., Please refer to https://www.google.com & only https://www.google.com is hyperlinked, and 2) is there a way to add multiple hyperlink within the same cell? Without adding/inserting frames/buttons/objects.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
I believe the answer to both your questions is "No"
