I am trying to figure out how to create an IF FORMULA in cell M3... based on following criteria, if cell H3 = “A” then enter formula J3+K3. If cell H3 = “S” then enter formula I3+K3.

Been trying but coming up with #name

Any hints would greatly be appreciated

Thanks

Bill

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
How about
=IF(H3="A",J3+K3,IF(H3="S",I3+K3,""))

Thanks a lot. Guess I wasn’t separating them and trying to use the OR statement with it.

Again, many thanks
