Dear All,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

I am currently using a picture which links to a cell which changes its value depending on a selection from a user form drop down. All values within this cell are named ranges and using the indirect function display a graph within the picture depending on the value selected from the drop down. The cell which displays the values has a defined name as ‘Interface2’, within the address bar of the picture I have written =Interface2.

The above works perfectly, however I want to take this a step further. I want to also bring a user form checkbox into play. The checkbox would be labelled ‘Show Statistics’ and when the checkbox is ticked rather than show a graph in the picture a table with values would be shown.

I had anticipated doing this by duplicating the above use of the Indirect function and in the picture address bar having the following:

=IF($D$1=True,Stats,Interface2)

 • $D$1 – Wold be the cell linked to the checkbox – displaying the values “True” or “False” depending on whether the check box was ticked or not.
 • Stats – Would be a cells defined name
 • Interface2 – Would also be a defined name (as stated above – this is linked to a cell who’s value change depending on the selection from the drop down box – each of theses values are linked to a cell which has a chart in front of it – so when using the Indirect Function the chart is displayed in the ‘picture window’)

Please help!

Kind regards,

Chris
