IF Function (Negative/Positive values)

Good morning ,
I need a formula which could lead to below,
If the cell P9 has a negative value, the cell W9 will calculate (M9+N9+ABS(P9)+S9+U9). And If the cell P9 has a positive value the cell V9 will calculate (T9-J9)*1440.
