Hello. I am looking for a formula that will accomplish:

If cell A2 is greater than or equal to .03, then cell A3 is .03. if cell A2 is less than .03, equal that number that is below .03



Thank you in advance!

Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
In cell A3 place this formula: =IF(A2>=0.3,0.3,A4)
