Image with IF Condition

Is it possible that if a specific cell is blank then the desired cell should be blank and if specific cell is not blank then the desired cell should display a picture.

I am having such a situation in my result card. I wish if result card shows the "Pass" or "Fail" Status only then the next cell may display the signature of Principal. And If result Status cell is empty then Signature cell must remain Blank.

For the sake of easy access I have also stored the signature image in an other sheet.

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I believe you could do that with the very latest build version of O365, (as this now just allows pictures to be inserted into cells), but previous versions don't necessarily do that.

What about Office 2021.
I think Office 2021 can do that... But I am not sure how to do it
