In Pivot table settings

Dear All,

I changed the pivot data settings. But after refresh it resume its original position.
How does change so that after refresh it wont affect changed format.

Any assistance !!!

you need to check the pivottable options on the Layout & format tab look for the settings at the bottom of the tabpage
- uncheck Autofit columnwidths on update to keep columnwidths
- make sure Preserve cell formatting on update is checked
