Index/Match on multiple tabs

Hi,

I am trying to achieve data transfer from one sheet to other by using Index/Match combo. I have attached a sheet with sample data.
Essentially, i have list of unique IDs on both tabs with corresponding data. On Sheet 2, I need to port data from Sheet 1 for same ID with matching columns.
Thanks for all the help!
