Index & Match

hello im having and issue trying to index and match. i am trying to index & match K3 number to a array on a seperate sheet. the number in K3 is in Column A and i need to match the according number from F3 to the same sheet as well. down and then over and have those results in J3. please help, i can not figure out how to do this. thank you
