Hello to al, I am task with tracking the stats of interviews of all personal. Its pretty detail and it would probably be easier to post the entire spread sheet rather try posting it bits and pieces here. But i have trouble with trying to do that as well. What is the best way to display post what i need assistance with to get the best and accurate help.


Below is just the first part I have to do but with looking at it i feel the jest of it is not understood.

RIRSPDSNWI00This section to the left counts the number of interview codes (PH, RI,etc.). It Goes off the HR's Name, APP cell not blank, and int code to count as one each time for each HR. to exclude "c/o" and blanks. If the appointment cell is blank they get no credit for that int codeI am trying to write a formula that allows me to account for the activity for all those that are entered. So all James's entries will add up in there prospective cells whats everything is entered. Same for Robins. The code I wrote seemed to work but not as I would like.
