I have created a basic data entry system using a VBA forms, at the moment I have VBA entrying the text into the cells i have told it to enter into. What i was wondering is, is it possible to have the data enter table but also send some of the data into an e-mail in a set format? I am new to using VBA and lack indepth knowledge in certain areas, so any help or guidance would be must useful.

If that is possible, to take it to the next step is it possible to write code so that if i select a certain name from a drop down box could the e-mail be addressed to that person?
Again any help would be possible.

The point of this is to help, my business become more effecient in sending of information to installers that we collect over the phone. If anyone has any ideas about the system or has any questions about the system then that would be great.

Also it is worth noting that because of lack of funds within the business we are only able to use Windows Mail, but have got the most recent version of Microsoft Excel.
