Labeling data points on Excel charts

I'm wishing to have a VBA code that will allow me to label data points on an XY-scatterplot. The labels I will to affix to the points are NOT the category (i.e., x-values) or value (i.e., y-values), but reside in a third column within the Excel spreadsheet. For example, if Columns A and B have the x and y values respectively, and column C has the data labels, how do I label the points of the plot with the data in column C?

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Thank you for the lead. However, I already have an Excel add-on that labels points. What I need is the VBA code that accomplishes this, not a canned program.
