Hi

I have a spreadsheet that contains property costs and have created a pivot table for this data. I also have hundreds of seperate workbooks for individual properties that feed off the costs pivot table by way of an =GETPIVOTDATA formula. The issue I am having is that when I update the cost information and the pivot table, when I go back into the individual property workbook, I get a #REF! instead of the value. Does anyone happen to know a way round this or is it an Excel bug?

Thanks very much for your help.

Tim
