Lock Ribbon

Does anyone know if there is code to lock the ribbon so that none of the tabs can be selected? Or even hidden and locked?

Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Depends on what you want to do. You can insert a custom ribbon into a specific spreadsheet, which won't have any tabs you don't want. Look here:

I've used the older UI Editor. I haven't used the newer version, so I can't give any advice beyond what's in the link.
