I have a risk register where I have a probability column (column K) and a likelihood column (column L), I can input a number between 1 and 5 in either of these columns.
I would then like to be able to lookup the values in these two columns on the table shown below so that I get the risk score shown in cells D3:H7. is anyone able to help?
