Loop copy and paste II

Hi

Thanks in Advance

I have a sheet and there is formula in Range A1 to BH250

Now i want to convert it to values

But problem is if i will try with Vba formula, excel will hang and we need to restart the excel

So pls provide the option with loop

It will copy a range A1:A250, copy it and paste as values
One by one
Or
Two coloumn at once

With ActiveSheet
Set Rng = Range("a12:a24")
Rng.copy
For i = 2 To 50
.Cells(12, i).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormulas
