Macros have been working fine but I must have inadvertently key stroked something while accessing tools/macro. Trying to use existing macros gets "Invalid Outside Procedure" error. I can manually create a new macro but get the same error message when trying to use it.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel
That means you have something either before
Code:
Sub a macro()
or after
Code:
End Sub

Thanks for your response. In the edit screen no entries appear pre or post the macro wording. Oddly, none of the macros I created for this particular file will run and the problem is exclusive to this file. UGH.

When you get the "Invalid Outside procedure" error it should highlight the offending item.
