Hello,

I have a blank database that will grow over time, and i have a field in it (column K) where a large sum of information will be documented in the form of a letter or report. On average it will probably be about 2 or 3 pages long. Instead of having all that information contained in the database is there a way I could create a hyperlink or click box that, when all the other information is entered, the user clicks on the hyperlink or box and a Word document is created (and automatically named by using the serial number contained in the B column/same row) and set up to save in the same folder as the database?

fyi- I have minimal knowledge of macros.

Thanks in advance for the help,
C.S.
