Hello ALL,

I need some help with VBA,
I need to be able to input in a table only certain characters. What I would like to do is be able to use only A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+ D, D- and R. No other letter will be allowed in the table.
The table has the following range C3:N50

How can I accomplish this using VBA?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Easiest way is through Data Validation.

Type the options in a range off to the side (say Z1:Z13)
Select the data input range - go to Data>Validation>List>Z1:Z13

This will limit entries to those options only. When selected it will also give you a quick dropdown
