Hello Everyone,

I searched everywhere and I can't seem to find the answer to my problem and to be honest i don't know if this is even possible. I run a huge family "NFL Pick the Winners" spread in Excel, about 18 of us.

I was hoping I can use conditional formatting to change the color of the font in column F for games that have been played to red. Example for the NE vs KC game, the conditional formatting applies to cell F2. F2 should match to an entry within B2:C16 and if found lookup the value in cell A that is in the same row and if that cell is blank keep black and if the entry has an entry turn to red. For instance the DEN game has not been played it should remain black until I input an entry in cell A16, if that entry doesn’t match DEN the cell in F13 should turn red. Hope that makes sense!

Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
