I have two excel files. Both files contain fields for Last Name, First Name and Address. The first worksheet file also has fields for types of services that have been provided by our organization. Since each individual service provided contains a unique ID number, in this file a Last Name, First Name and Address can appear on several lines - one line for each service provided.
The second worksheet file contains a listing of employees. In this file Last Name etc occurs only once per line.
I need to perform an analysis to see if employees (or family members) have obtained services from the organization - matching by either name or address - or both and produce a 'report' of any matches.
Am not having much luck - wondering if someone can offer pointers or a solution to my problem.
