Max and average forecast by year numbers

I am in need of modifying a formula that I placed in a budget report I am working on.

The forecast total by max =MAX(E27:I27)*7+SUM(E27:I27) and average =AVERAGE(E27:I27)*7+SUM(E27:I27).

Well now it needs to be changed to give me the max and average total of the year which I know will be =MAX(E27:P27) & =AVERAGE(E27:P27) but I want to be able to see what it will be on a daily bases and have it change itself every time a new invoice has been placed.

The forecast balance is also in place on cell T29 with formula =R28-T27 and U29 with formula =R28-U27 R28 is the budget amount. I am sure these two will stay the same but with the latter formulas I need to have the forecast max and average to change with each new invoice and by calculate by current date for the whole year.

I've worked with excel before and figured out this formula on my own...with much head banging to the wall but I really need help with this formula.

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Welcome to the Board!

It is not clear how you will be entering the daily invoices.
I do not understand the reasoning behind the forecast formulas:
=MAX(E27:I27)*7+SUM(E27:I27) and average =AVERAGE(E27:I27)*7+SUM(E27:I27)
What is stored in columns E:P?

Please use Excel Janie (see link in my sig) to post the appropriate section(s) of your worksheet(s) and restate what you want the new formulas to do.
