Merging Multiple files in one pivot table

Hello,
I would like your help with that matter.
I have 400+ orders in excel files that share an identical layout.
The lines represent product codes and the columns product colors.
I need to summarize these files into one pivot table with the ability to determine the precentage of people that ordered the specific codr/e/color combinations.
So i am thinking that it will require two separate result pages : one summarizing the totals and the other summarizing the count of how many people ordered each combination.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.
