I want to make a staff schedule using a monthly template as in 1-31 sun-sat and have it track hours worked as well.

Any help would be appreciated as I am not to savvy with excel

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.

Formula in cell B2:
=B11

Formula in cell C2:
=B2+1

Copy cell C2 and paste to cell range D2:AF2.

Formula in cell AG3:
=SUM(B3:AF3)

Copy cell AG3 and paste cells below as far as needed.

Date in cell B11 determines the schedule month.
