Multi Select Combo Boxes

Is there still no way, even in Excel 2010, to create an ActiveX Combo Box that allows multiple selections?

I would use a ListBox but I have no idea how to create one that is small enough to fit in a cell and then expands to a readable size when I need to use it.

My user wants something that works like a ComboBox (i.e. so they can just click on the circle to select)

Right now I'm using drop down lists with some VBA behind them to concatenate items when they click on multiple items. It works but it's not a pretty way to do it.

Thanks

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
