I don't know if you ever solved this, but I have a similar issue.
a similar unsolved query here https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel...iple-value-filters-pivot-table-row-label.html
I have a small pivot table where I only want to show the lost sales value of the top 5 rows which are out of stock
at time there are only 2 or 3 so I end up with a massive pivot table which shows 4 items out of stock along with their lost sales value and then hundreds of rows that tie for 5th place with 0 (zero)
So I basically want to show the top 5 products or if there are less than 5 then only those with a value greater than 0 and later deal with those when you get ties for the top 1 - 5
i.e.
Product 1 = 100
Product 2 = 100
Product 3 = 98
Product 4=80
Product 5=80
Product 6 = 80
Product 7=77
Product 8= 28
Product 9 = 1
Product 10 = 1
Product 11 onwards = 0
Sometimes pivot tables don't do what we need them to do!
