I have about 14 different tabs, all named after their specific group. In each of those tabs, there is a list of people and about 14 different columns with data regarding each of them. I am trying to have a main cover page with a dropdown to chose a specific person and then have the neighboring cells vlookup the data that would be relevant to that specific person on whatever tab they are on.

Is there an easier way that just doing multiple lists? How do you do a vlookup across the entire workbook? Please help!

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I don't think VLOOKUP is a 3D function, so that won't work directly. Do you have a list showing Name, Group anywhere? It sounds like your Sheet names are Group names. If you can show both the group and name on the cover sheet, you can use INDIRECT inside a VLOOKUP.

Another way would be to combine your data into one list, with another column for Group.
